"Excellent" Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and the vehicle I was purchasing was a really nice car.

"Quick and courteous service" Brought car in for a recall. They were very prompt, quick acting, and polite, and even vacuumed the front seats floors and power sprayed the outside. (Just wish they didn't want to charge me so much for an estimate for something else. )

"Well done" Peter and Mark were very easy to work with. Peter was particularly knowledgeable and patient as I thought through my decision. I am very happy with the car and glad I made the purchase. No buyers remorse at all. I feel I got a good deal, although took some time to get there. I suppose if we hadn’t haggled a bit I would have left thinking I could have done better so all and all it was fun and I think everyone had a win.

"Great Service!" Had service done to my i3 and was in and out in very quickly. The new showroom and waiting area is very nice. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with.
"Salesman was the highlight" I am from out of town and basically bought a used 3 series sight unseen. I was handed off from the 1st salesperson to Pete. Peter was awesome, did not matter how much I was spending, I jumped him through a few hoops and he took it in stride. As for the rest of the crew, I pretty much got the feeling I was the lawn guy.
