"Just What I Wanted!" My intention was to trade in my '13 BMW 328i for an SUV! Kirk Parham led me to the car that we (my husband & I) ended up buying - it was like he could read my mind and knew what I would like. We got to the dealership around 11:30 am and we drove home in our new car (BMW X1) around 5 pm the same day. That's what I call service!!!

"The best" Billy and his team are great. They care about your time and your vehicle and getting you the best service and best experience possible. If you are in a bind they will do what they can to squeeze you in and get you out and back on the road as soon as possible.
"Amazing People" Outstanding customer service! As soon as you walk in the doors they make you feel welcome. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had. They are not just about the sale like most dealerships, they truly take time to make sure you are satisfied with every decision. I absolutely love my new vehicle and owe it all to Cody. I am already looking forward to my next vehicle purchase with them!

"Recall" There was a recall on my car and the service manager ordered the parts and fixed it within two days. I was very happy with the service and I was given a loaner car to drive while they worked on my vehicle.
"Buying New BMW - great experience " Buying the car from BMW of Utica was as good as it could be! Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was smooth and easy. Definitely, I would buy a car from these folks again! I recommend this dealership without reservations.
