"Responded to my requests when I made them. Fixed what..." Responded to my requests when I made them. Fixed what needed to be fixed. Fought with the warranty company when I prompted them to do so.
"Had 9 am appointment they stayed 2 hr it would be done..." Had 9 am appointment they stayed 2 hr it would be done got my car at 4:45pm unbelievable.i thought when buying bmw it would be different service it’s not.
"Took car in for routine inspection and to check a parking..." Took car in for routine inspection and to check a parking sensor failure. Informed me of additional issues that I will need to get done.
"Low tire pressure and valve cap missing." Tire PSI warning message came on after picking up car on the way home so, I returned to BMW Utica for nitrogen fill. Returned a second time as valve cap on front driver side was missing.
"sale of car" The gentleman that goes over the car with you didn't do a very thorough job...went fast and left out a lot of explaining. I had to look up quite a bit when I got home.
"Poor service. Over priced" Parts I was told I needed was more that twice the cost that I found other places. Four parts. Two belts, gasket for oil pan, part on drive shaft. Well over $500.00. Actual cost under $260.00 other places. My appointment was made two weeks in advance the car was dropped of at the dealer the day before it was scheduled to be worked on. "I;ve had to bring my vehicle in 3 or 4 times for updates." I have had to bring my vehicle in 3 to 4 times for updates and electrical problems. This is uncalled for of a new vehicle. Not only is it a inconvenience but also time consuming. I also had 3 tires and rims replaced in March of 2019 and the service report said that I would need to new rear tires shortly. How could that be with only 5000 miles on these. Why wasn't it recommended to change all 4 back in March.
"Key card " Trying to get key card to work in my brand new 2019 X5 . Unfortunately the genius could not figure out the problem so have to go back again for service to see if they have an answer . Frustrating .
