"A 'world class' dealership" Excellent service, and the dealership always provides a very suitable loaner car if the servicing will take a while. Outstanding and knowledgeable mechanics, as well.

"Dependable service" Mike Stanczyk has been great and very dependable for all these years I have been a customer at BMW of Utica. If it wasn’t for him, I might have opted for a larger service center. I have come to trust his recommendations. The rest of the staff - I am not very familiar with. Seems like they are short staffed most of the time.

"Comptetent, Resourceful, Supportive, Accomodating" It appears clear that BMW of Utica is doing their best to make positive changes. I had the worst sales experience of my life at BMW of Utica. I ordered a new X3, with a trade-in. I went to the dealership to pickup my new car and when reviewing my cost sheet, I indicated that we did not want the additional warranties. We had spoken to our salesman twice, followed it up in an email and then mentioned it again at the time of pickup. The sales manager removed the warranties and decreased the price of my trade-in that we had agreed upon. This sales practice is unethical and unprofessional. We left the dealers... read more
