"Thankful" After over a year of sub-par customer service from WP FIelds I was not interested in another BMW. After my father convinced me to try the South Orlando location everyone turned my opinion of BMW customer service around. Tarek was excellent and Nancy Hernandez has been tremendously helpful and accommodating. This is what BMW should be about.

From start to finish he showed extreme care and concern to make sure my husband’s car was completely fixed properly. The technicians who worked on my husband’s 750 had their challenges because the car was not serviced properly by another independent shop but they figured everything out and it is better than it has been in years.
