"Always An Exceptional Experience" I have purchased 5 different BMWs from this dealership, starting in 2011 and all from Mikhail Bouzko. He is friendly and straight forward. He truly understands the customer's needs and wants. It has been a pleasure doing business with Field's BMW of South Orlando because of Mikhail. He makes the process of buying a vehicle very easy. "Consistent great service by Autumn Sky" I would like to recognize Nancy Hernandez service advisor at Fields South Orlando for her great attitude and smile. Several weeks ago our X3 had flat tire and she was able to coordinate and have the tire repair completed in a timely manner. The tire and wheel repair is great warranty to have as one cannot predict when a tire will have damage. "Customer service" Had an issue with my BMW and took it to the issue and Mr. Garret took the time to listen and see the issue, telling me that he was going to take care of it which he did resolving the problem of my car. I can really say that Mr. Garret has great customer service skill paying attention to every detail and making me feel comfortable while dealing with the issue, he's packed with patience and knowledge. "excellent Service" Kenny was the first one that approach me as soon as i step in the door. Within 3 mins he already has the key for the car i wanted to test drive. Very helpful, and informative regarding the car. Then Adrian Tujillo made it more faster with paperwork and very accomodating. Finance Dept Lisette Gonzalez is also quick and very informative.
