"Excellent customer service by Autumn Sky" Once again Fields BMW South Orlando provided Five star service, Nancy Hernandez is a great service advisor. I informed her of my damaged tire on Friday and she was able to have the repair finished within 24 hours Saturday morning. She is always smiling and a pleasure to talk too. "1st class service " 5 Star service, I was helped by Al Smith Jr and he made the car buying experience as seem less as possible with impeccable service!
