"Service above and beyond" After an excellent sale experience, Jay Fitzgerald really stepped up when we had an almost immediate service issue. before we brought the car home, some overspray from the next lot over ended up all over the car. We described it to Jay, and he had us bring the car right in. They went over the whole car with a clay bar and removed all of the overspray. "Pleasant Purchase Experience " I was created by the Product Specialist, Ms. Haydee, who put me on a demo car to test drive a 2016 328i. The car drive like a "dream." My advisor was Cynthia Garcia, whom I highly recommend. She is a 5 star, who was able to obtain a car from the Winter Park location. Everything was a positive experience. The Finance person, was also very nice and very helpful.
