This was our annual maintenance check for our HVAC system. Mike called on the day scheduled in advance and gave us an estimated time en-route. He check the Heater first and when completed, check the Air Conditioner. Both were in proper working order with no issues. Mike had to work around several unexpected downpours when he was working on the AC. but that didn't phase him at all. He always wore protective booties and cleaned up after each job. We have wanted to have central air for quite some time. We had many different companies come out and provide quotes and Bob’s was by far the very best quote we received. Brandon and team did the installation and they were flawless. They were friendly and professional and did a great job. Everything looks nice and the AC is running perfectly. It was absolutely a wonderful experience and we would use them again.

You get what you pay for. From communication to install is 5 stars. I took the time to get 4 bids and Bobs was not the cheapest or the most expensive. The service I received was top notch. the scheduling date and time was met, the install team was professional and courteous and the quality control person I met after the job was installed to inspect the install job was great. I come from the Construction Supply industry and I hear many things about Companies and Bob's exceeds their reputation. .
