Fast, reliable, and honest. I won’t use anyone else. My tenant simply stated the heater won’t work. She checked the breakers and that wasn’t the problem. I didn’t have time to go over so I called Bob’s. They arrived pushed the reset button on the wall unit, got it running, and showed tenant how to do it for the future. .

Technician was on time, highly knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to help both me and my wife understand how we could increase our heating temperature while drastically reducing our costs. I wish I had asked Bob's heating to perform the maintenance years earlier. Cost was above reasonable considering how much we learned and saved in future costs.
