We took advantage of the spring A/C sale and couldn't be more satisfied. We had some troubleshooting with a previous electrical issue and our thermostat but the crew was able to handle and manage without any major hiccups. The crew was professional, polite and demonstrated competence reflecting pride in their work. The install and peripheral electrical and duct work was clean and tight. Our experience was great. Cassie was prompt and knowledgeable, and the technicians that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a small issue with the unit and Cassie hopped right on it and got everything sorted out. I had reached out to a company through Costco and the pricing was the same....and Bob's was far and above more professional. I would definitely recommend.
I recently had all of my ductwork replaced by Bob's Heating. When my husband and I bought our house 3 years ago, we purchased it "as is" and did not realize that our duct work was shot, but also how terrible our crawl space was. We spent 3 years paying a heating bill of over $300! We had Bob's out to look at running a gas line for a fireplace for us, when they explained that our ductwork was disconnected in several spots, and the rest of the ducts had holes in them, caused by a past rat problem. 2012 had a Goodman’s electric furnace and A/C with duct work done ductwork wasn’t done right and I doubt the ductwork done is up to code I will never use this company again
