Amazing service and friendly techs. They respected my home, they laid drop cloths down where they needed so it wont dragged mud or dirt into my home. I also like the fact the company has different guys that are specialized. We had A/C installed and they had two techs that just worked on the installation and a separate guy that came out a little later (same day) to do the electrical part of it. Our service technician was knowledgeable and completed the preventative maintenance (PM) work on our furnace in about an hour. They'll be back when the weather is warmer to complete the PM on our air conditioner. It's nice to know that everything is working as it should.
Great customer service. Attentive to our needs. I had to make several calls regarding our job and they quickly resolved the issue. We did a full HVAC install with all new duct, furnace and AC unit. The foreman never showed to the jobsite so we essentially had to do the layout...very frustrating. But the guys installing were working hard to complete the job.
Prompt, courteous, efficient regular maintenance on our furnace. Good information shared in reponse to questions. Long-time customer and plan to continue.
We contacted Bob’s with interest in having a Diakin ductless heating and air system installed. They were very knowledgeable and professional answering our questions, plus thoroughly explained the process beginning to end. Their installers were conscientious and their quality of work was superb. We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning.
Overall great experience from quote to install. We solicited several quotes before deciding to go with Bob’s. In the end, they had the most straightforward quote and we trusted their longstanding reputation. It would have been nice if a multi position unit has been explained up front. Also, the sealing of the furnace cracks between coil and filter look a little sloppy but otherwise everything looks and seems to be operating great. Very friendly and professional employees!
Great customer service and pricing is reasonable! We have been using their filter program since we bought this house new back in 2005.
