I have had Bob’s Heating and AC for about 10 years. Each time they have come for help was great. This year it was Joseph and my thermostat was not working and he helped make it all better in 2 different days which was awesome!! Was so glad to avoid my house being so cold. Thank you Joseph
Bob’s is a quality company with well-trained professionals. The experience of working with them has cycled through maintenance checkups on our original furnace, to replacing it after 20 years, and now checkups again. The consulting about which new furnace to use, options available, were very thorough. Scheduling is easy, crew always arrives at the agreed time window, prepared with the right tools and equipment, often a bit earlier than I expected, which frees up my schedule! The crew was great! Very professional, walked through the process when arrived so I understood what was going to happen and to make sure I have provided the working space needed. Cleaned working area to leave no traces of work behind Finished project by providing a walk through of our new equipment. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Bob’s heating and air conditioning is an excellent business. They are always on time, work tirelessly to trouble shoot problems, and are always courteous. We have had to call them for emergency service when our furnace failed at 10pm and they were at our house at 8am the next morning with the new furnace they had helped us choose late the night before. They are the best !
Bob’s was established with the house when we purchased it (new build). We decided to stay with them because they gave us a very good deal on an annual maintenance and filter replacement plan. I’m very happy with their service and professionalism.
Bob’s had originally installed the heating system so when it was time to add air conditioning they were the obvious choice. They had always kept our furnace in great shape and the AC install was as promised and on budget. Al was explained all the steps and worked diligently to meet the task at hand.
Great customer service. Came to service our furnace. Technician in training and Sr. Technician (Cody) came to the house and were very thorough and professional.
