Wonderful ambiance! High energy. Many beautiful people-great 'people watching'. Lower level louder than second floor seating. Awesome food selection. 3 out of 4 of us rated the food at a 8 or 9 on a 0-10 scale. Valet parking was fabulous. Server'Joe' made the experience very fun and spicy. We will definitely return and speak highly of this establishment. Lettuces are actually grown on a 'growing wall'! Awesome dinner! Our friends had been to Boca and loved it. So, the 4 of us decided to go. Thank goodness for Open Table and the ease of making a reservation. Service was top notch. Manager came around and was very hospitable. Very busy and noisy. Asked for a table upstairs and could not get one. No problem, though, we did fine conversing in spite of the noise. Wanted to love it, but didn't. Burger was dull and tasteless. Truffle fries not truffly. Tuna poke was pretty fishy and the chips with it were stale.

First time at Boca and had the staff meal - which was pork belly with a little slaw in a cabbage leaf. Served with homemade potato chips. My companion had a burger which was delicious - as were the fries! Would definitely return!

Loved the food. Service was average, but adequate. Was disappointed you did not have decaf coffee. In a market like Sarasota, where the majority of people are over 55, I would think decaf would be available. People enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee after dinner. I would hope you could offer this opportunity to those of us who can no longer drink caffeinated coffee. Otherwise, Boca is a much needed addition to the Sarasota restaurant scene!!

FINALLY...a fun, highly energetic good restaurant in Sarasota What a treat to discover a vibrant restaurant which serves fresh well prepared dishes and caters to a young crowd! The restaurant was very crowded and the noise level was almost unbearable. We had to yell to have a conversation at our table. Our server was not very bright, didn't know the menu and was way to casual with how she dealt with us. She made uncalled for comments and acted like we were her friends. My husband and I had a great dining experience. Our waitress Stacey was excellent, our food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great!! I highly recommend the shrimp n grits!!!!!

Enjoyed their fresh salad made with lettuce grown on their own wall! Their spicy chicken was fantastic as well. The noise level is quite high in some areas. The servers couldn't tell us whether they liked the dishes or not because the management does not allow them to try the food.
