They changed the shrimp and grits entree. Now the grits are fried into what looks like breaded cheese sticks. Greasy mess. Not sure why they changed this menu staple.
Every order was brought to the table incorrectly. We had a member of the party that had a dairy allergy and was brought dairy. Very slow to deliver our food as well. Food was good however, service was terrible. One entrée did not arrive, until the balance of the party had finished their lunch.
Reservation was at 7:00. We waited 25 minutes to be seated and another 30 before asked for a drink order. Very loud. Food was average. We would not return. Definitely not recommend .
Really awful service. Didn’t get seen by server for 45 minutes after sitting at our table. Ordered an appetizer with no olives and came back with the appetizer with olives. We were absolutely starving considering we weren’t seen for 45 minutes. Food was great. Would come back in hopes of a better server.
Drinks took forever. The flatbread pizza had a soggy crust that was so thin, reminded me of a soggy napkin. We ordered their Greek salad and they put blue cheese on it, perhaps they were out of feta, they could have told us. There are so many more places in the area, don’t waste your time.
Terrible experience! Arrived at 5:00 and gave our drink order to our server, which did not get to our table until 5:35. I explained to the hostess and our server that we had tickets to the ballet and we had to leave by 6:20 at the latest. Our food order was not taken until 5:50. Food arrived at 6:10 and the server explained both my meal and another's meal had to be "redone" because the cooks did not read the order correctly. Drinks seemed smaller pours. Waitress underwhelmed. Specifically the signature fish dip was not up to standard. This dish has always had wonderful picked veggies and jalapenos. Only a couple of cucumbers, a few pickled red onion and roughly chopped pickles. Weird experience. Unfortunately not headed in a positive direction.
Good food, poor service. Waited almost 20 minutes before anyone spoke to us. While tables around us came in after and were served. Maybe they wee just having an off night.
Been here before a couple of times and it was way better than this experience. Service was terrible. Never got our flatbread order, then the waiter brought out my entree as an appetizer while 3 other guests sat without their food. Then the fries came out for no reason since no one had their food. By the time they arrived, mine was cold. Mussels were tasty but about a 1/4 of them were unopened.
