Tiny dry oysters. Overpriced for only 5 oysters. Frazzled unattentive server. All we ordered was water and he never refilled. Flat bread was good. Fish dip was good. Extraordinarily loud. I've been here several times but this time was intense. We did not linger and ordered less because it was so loud.
Cute looking place but the food and service severely lacking.
Ordered a Scotch, waitress didn’t know what that was, came back and said they didn’t have it. I asked her to tell Me what kind they did have and she walked away again and went to the computer to write down the types of scotch the bar had. Came back and read off her list. I came here for a birthday brunch which was noted in a reservation. My party arrived before me so I was looking for them when I got to the restaurant. There was no host and no one was helping me to find me to get to the table for a while. Also, our server took really long time to get to our table without greetings, he didn’t explain any menus or specials. They didn’t tell me they were out of what i ordered until the other persons food arrived at the table and I only had a minute to decide what to get.
Definitely staffing issue. Not enough servers. Management devision
Came before the Andrew Dice Clay show, place was empty but many employees walking around. Waited forever to be waited on after being seated for over 15 minutes. Calamari was literally onions and bits of fried season with no calamari. Skirt steak was good but came out cold. Not sure what happened but things have really changed here. Won’t be back, too many other places to go to now.
I would not return. Food was bland and service was subpar.
Good martini, pedestrian food, don’t offer bread and then $2 “bread” order consists of six slices of garlic bread. Familiar “hi, guys” type of service and VERY loud atmosphere, even though we were seated upstairs. There are far better and quieter places to dine in Sarasota.
