Bottini once again did an excellent job in servicing my boiler. Last year, the technician finally replaced the ignition coil, and the furnace has been starting and running fine ever since. Prior to this change, I would have to reset the burner every few days when it failed to light.
The Bottini service man who cleaned the burners of our furnace and hot water heater was nearly perfect. He arrived on time. He was conversational when I spoke with him. Otherwise he focused on the job. He completed the work in a timely manner and explained what he had done.

On a cold 20f mourning Mike 349 and Brandon 329 responded to my home with a problem of no heat in one of the zones and barely any heat coming from the other zone. Mike explained what he thought maybe wrong with the boiler before starting the repair and after what the problem turned out to be with parts that were replaced all while mentoring his colleague Brandon that helped him.
