Service man took care of the issue and explained what was causing it. Pleasant fellow to deal with.
The tech's name on the service sheet starts with CHR but I can not read the rest. He was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly. Then he spent the time to make sure the problem was fixed. He explained everything to me and told me what to look for if the problem recurred. I was very pleased with his service.
