Really disappointed in Breeze especially as a 20+ year customer. Not any longer! Had Breeze bid on a mini-split this March and they came in the highest. So as long term customers we gave Breeze another chance this past week when one of our two AC units failed. Not only were they higher than all others, their sales rep, Brandon, was a “no-show, no-call” after confirming an in-person estimate appointment. I just want to give a big shout out to Breeze Heating and air conditioning. They did their summer service on my air conditioning system today and their technician, Karla did a great job. She was very thorough and communicative with us.
We got service today. First time we’ve ever had a woman. It was very cool. Carla was very nice and friendly. She explained things to us very easy. She had to put some kind of device on our air conditioner to keep our compressor from wearing out too fast too much amps she says Appreciate her advice
Breeze has been the HVAC company for my home for at least 10 years. During this period Breeze has been on time and done the work for annual visits, repairs and replacement.. Breeze has always given me an estimate of the work and has stayed within that estimate....no complaints...only compliments for the company.
