From the moment I entered the building, the staff were friendly and courteous. I was seen by a kind vet whom I hadn’t met before. Her examination of my animal was gentle but thorough and she reassured me when I asked questions. Having been before, I can verify this practice and staff are sensitive and calming and try hard to deal with concerns without any drama.

I saw Flynn who was very calm and professional and talked me through everything he was checking for. He was amazing with my dog Bertie who can be very nervous at the vets but soon warmed to Flynn which made the experience a lot less stressful and calming.

Enrico was very informative and helped me in my decision with what operation was best and also financially affordable with my budget. Peanut was very well looked after and the operation successful . Plenty of follow up appointments and thorough instructions given with aftercare and medication. Thank you to all the team that was involved with Peanuts care. We will be back again when he is ready for the other leg to be done .
