From the moment we brought our RTA cat in late at night I knew we were in good hands. It's not an issue when I call for updates, visiting has been arranged with no problem. We have a long waybto go yet but I have full confidence in briar house.

My puppy was poorly out of hours and I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes and seen quickly :) the vet was wonderful and checked him over thoroughly, he explained everything so well and my puppy is now slowly on the mend. Cannot thank you enough
