Very efficient and caring vet (we had not met before at the practice). Clear explanations, thorough checking of our pet and necessary meds given, with clear instructions on their usage. A great clinical team worked with us to help Sasha. Reception staff were friendly and compassionate as well. Our dog was unafraid of all staff she encountered.

All staff were great; the vet had a complicated case in and the reception staff informed me of wait time and were very friendly! The vet Ivan was fantastic, my dog doesn’t love the vets and he was great with him and so patient. Thank you!

My cat Ziva went in for blood test and ultrasound, which were done without using sedation. I really didn't think she'd allow the Vet anywhere near her, as I have a job just brushing her stomach, as she's long haired, and that I would have to take her back for the tests to be done under sedation. I was wrong. She was fine and quite relaxed when I took her home. Briar House Vets are very caring and I know Ziva is in good hands when she's there. Thank you
