For some reason the vet was running at least 30 minutes late
Everyone's so friendly and the vet was very clear and I understood exactly what he could do for my little dog.

I’m looking after my mom & dad’s dog, while they are on holiday. He’s usually based in the midlands so you can imagine the panic when i knew he needed a vet and quite quickly. I rang around a few places, including the Vets my dog is currently registered with but Briar House didn’t waste time; they got us an appointment within the hour! My dog Ludwig had a complicated fracture to his hind leg and needed extensive surgery to put it right. I appreciate the trouble taken to explain the X-rays and the procedure in detail. I was worried about finance but they provided a.link to a “no interest” loan scheme which made it all possible. Many thanks to Enrico and all the team for their expertise, care and kindness in giving my beloved dog the chance to enjoy his life again.

Briar House are so friendly, helpful and very caring. My cat Mylo received excellent inhouse medical treatment over the weekend and I was given morning and evening updates on how he was responding to treatment, they could not have been more kind and helpful.

It is quick and easy to book, the receptionists are polite and friendly both on the telephone and in person, did not have to wait long, Vet was friendly and knowledgeable and made the visit as pleasant as possible for my cat.
