Another positive and reassuring visit, the whole team are excellent. You really feel that everyone is listening and understanding your pet dramas and sometimes that's all you need. Everyone is confident and knows what they are talking about, you really feel you are in safe hands. I'm so glad a joined Briar House with my 2 cats, I recommend them highly.
