From the moment I entered the building, the staff were friendly and courteous. I was seen by a kind vet whom I hadn’t met before. Her examination of my animal was gentle but thorough and she reassured me when I asked questions. Having been before, I can verify this practice and staff are sensitive and calming and try hard to deal with concerns without any drama.

I saw Flynn who was very calm and professional and talked me through everything he was checking for. He was amazing with my dog Bertie who can be very nervous at the vets but soon warmed to Flynn which made the experience a lot less stressful and calming.
