Phoebe had her laparoscopic spay on Monday. She’s a very excitable girlie but was expertly and kindly treated by staff. Her surgical scar is tiny and she’s been very well since her surgery. Explanations of her treatment and ongoing care had been excellent. Thank you

Excellent as always however it would help us if we were kept in touch with delays. We completely understand that delays are unavoidable but we would really appreciate a little communication in the waiting room.

Very pleasant staff but a little chaotic with the amount of animals that needed to be seen with the number of staff. Reminded me of A and E ! I'd the blood test had been taken when I was told it would be , the whole procedure would have been completed a lot quicker. Was not given written results when I left and had to ask for them. But as I say the vet who I didn't see till we collected our pet at 10.45pm was very nice, all nurses very pleasant.
