New Resident Just moved in, really like this place so far. I was confused with the mixed reviews, after touring the property I feel like there are some big differences between the 5 phases. Building 1 is the oldest. The west side likely has the most DART noise, east and south have traffic noise. Building 2 was built next, the south and west sides have traffic noise, east side has a new phase of town homes being built. Brick Row Review Conveniently located next to major highways and right next to Dart Rail Station.
Convience I've been living here for about 9 months now and the first word that comes to mind is convience, but I'll start briefly with Staff. So friendly, which some of the staff has moved around to other sister properties, you still get the same attitude with the new staff members. Good location without being in Dallas This apartment complex is close enough to Dallas and all surrounding towns without being overly expensive and congested. It has three pools on site with nice grills as well as two gyms that all residents have access to. It is very well maintained and has a lot of different floor layouts to accommodate anyone's needs/wants!
Love it Absolutely love my apartment. Never had a problem with bugs. Garage parking. 3 swimming pool. Maintance is always super nice ! I'll submit something late night and the next day it will be done. It is a little noisey if you're really sensitive. Everything has been perfect until our lease renewal. Our rent went up almost $200 and online pricing only applies to new tenants. At the end of the day we are just another number; not to thrill about that.. Love it but for the price .. Eh I might as well rent a townhome
Amazing apartment The apartment environment is amazing! Amazing neighborhood, kids playground right around the corner and not far to walk, 2 pools. Amazing leasing agents they are helpful with everything!! Friendly environment, very nice area. The apartment is amazing, everything is up to date! Neglectful Property Staff In my experience, the front office has not taken repeated noise complaints seriously. I have reported excessive noise from the apartment above me multiple times and have even contacted the police on multiple occasions because of late-night noise severe enough to disturb my apartment. Most recently, I contacted the office while the noise was actively occurring and invited staff to come inside my apartment to hear it firsthand. Horrible Place to Live. Hallways are disgusting. Homeless people everywhere. Police are always at the complex. DART station is insanely loud. Paperthin Walls. Bugs everywhere (roaches). Fire alarms always going off due to flooding. 0 amenities. Packages stolen. Locker system outside. (moved out & they charged almost $500 & refused to provide proof while threatening sending me to collections if I didn't pay them).

This Place is TRASH Just recently moved from this place in the breakdown for my security deposit is missing over $300. Had to go to corporate just to get a response back from the office. The place is nasty now since new management. Halls dirty, the trash chute stays dirty and broke. The grills never work. Was there two years. The first year no problems but once the new management came it’s been nothing but hell. The way our water bill spiked once the new people came was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
