Brick Row Apartments - One Bedroom I love it! Mt cat loves it! Just the right size, has a washer & dryer, a large closet and plenty of storage space. Office staff are very friendly and helpful. Other tenants that I have met are also very friendly. Since I can often work late feel very safe parking in the garage and going into the building. Have activities for the tenants and love the bill for rent they send. Best of all, it is only 7 minutes from work (use to drive an hour). Goof The place is ausome great pricing and a great place for kids
Great first apartment Although this was my second apartment to live in I would have to say it's a very great start up apartment. This apartment is centrally located in Richardson only 15 minutes from Dallas,plano, and Addison with dart rail nearby .The apartment is completely updated with modern furnishings with great pools,park and gym. The front office were extremely nice and helped me with whatever was needed for the apartment.
It is Good Brick Row apartments are a very well maintained and great place to live. There is a gym, a park, and it is convenient to highways while it's setting is quiet.
New Resident Just moved in, really like this place so far. I was confused with the mixed reviews, after touring the property I feel like there are some big differences between the 5 phases. Building 1 is the oldest. The west side likely has the most DART noise, east and south have traffic noise. Building 2 was built next, the south and west sides have traffic noise, east side has a new phase of town homes being built.
