TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE I literally give this place zero stars. It is so UNSAFE and the management does nothing to make residents feel safer. I am moving out as soon as I can.

Rude management I was excited to have new management until the new staff came in unprofessional and rude. They try their hardest not to help you and treat you like you are bothering them. They tell you their going keep you updated but they don’t. Please think twice before you move in. They don’t treat you like a customer.

AWFUL I stay here for one year. The trash bin is very small and bad smell around the trash bin. The even worse experience was that there was a blackout, it was Saturday, and it was not until Monday that someone came to repair it. This is not a big deal. I rented it with my boyfriend for a year, paid a month's deposit, and was finally deducted. The reason is that my carpet needs to be changed. I have had... (Verified Renter) I have had 2 packages stolen straight from my front door in the past couple of months when they are not delivered to the mail safe locker system. No cameras, or any security to stop such behavior.

Noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 12:42 AM and gosh . Cannot fall a sleep because of the noisy people out in the courtyard!!!!! WARNING. DO NOT MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT.

Decent price for what you get... and then some The apartments as well maintained and the people in the front office do the best they can although some try harder than others... a couple of them are just there for show but are useless. I went to complain about the strong garbage smell in the hall one time and the lady behind the desk took some notes she said she would pass on to the maintenance guys, she got called to one of her coworker's desk. Brick Row Apartments The apartment is okay for a start apartment. I plan on getting something better though which aren't as strict on pets.
