Jasmine did a wonderful job. She had the lien cleared for me within a couple of hours. Excellent customer service once I cleared the phone system.

Rated. 10++ BSCU always shows personal attention to my banking needs. Whether it's a quick call (announcing It's a Brightstar DAY Thank you for calling BSCU) to the call center or having appointments with an Agent, it has always been a pleasure. The staff takes your problems(?) and it becomes theirs until completion. I would recommend highly to family friends and neighbors. Thank you ! Michele

It was an excellent experience. I am a complete novice and your agent was a complete angel. She was patient and ever so reassuring and comforting. There is apparently some glitch on my smartphone and it would keeping dropping the info. It was very frustrating and she kept doing everything she possibly could until we decided that it was best for me to come in to the branch as soon as I can get an appointment. She has the patience of Joab. Excellent service!!!!!
