The representative was excellent and professional in addressing all my concerns .It did take a while but it was worth the wait.
Rasheed the customer service rep was great ,humble in very understanding took her time helping me with the nasty attitude l had at first in didn't not let that get in her way she ensure me everything was okay in too pls stop yelling at her, lol love her ❤ energy. Need more customers service rep like👍 her .
