If there was an option to give over 5 star rating to this financial institution I would. They are excellent I. Products, customer service, attention. I don’t see myself with any other bank than BSCU 💕
I do just about all my banking on line and love that I have the ability to use the app even when traveling.
Much better easier to use. The app is getting better and better every year.
The app is simple to navigate but can run slow and leave to the website for certain options like credit card. I wish it had a Zelle option.
The app does not always show current balance correctly. That causes over drafts on the account. I know that make the credit union money, but it doesn’t help us (your members).

I have issues with my bank. My problem with this bank is the bank ATM is never fixed. The second thing is I buy some thing and then you guys don’t take the money right away you wait till I don’t have the money that’s when you’re going to bank to take it. When I think I am have this amount on the bank, you guys go and take the money when you were supposed to take this money away before.
