I love banking online and not having to go into the actual bank, but I noticed that the CHAT icon needs to move and be stationed in the upper corner. It’s annoying when I want to log out and I need to move it out the way, which often opens the CHAT. Something to consider.
I’m so happy and grateful to be in BrightStar Credit Union. The staff in Pembroke Pines are the best.
