I filled out an application for a car refinance. Never got a call back. So I called SBCU back and was told the credit manager threw the application in the trash because I asked for 48 months on the loan. A lady took the information again on a Friday. The following Friday, I had to call again because I again didn't hear back from them. They did offer me a loan but had better offers at 4% less than what SBCU offered. LaTonya was such a great help at the Hollywood branch in Miami. I was getting a bit frustrated about a situation on my account and she was patient and help me get to the right department and fix the problem the same day. I will always make sure to go to her window whenever I come in for services. She is the BEST!
My girlfriends mom wanted to buy a car for her daugther so we came here. When we arrived we were helped by the Branch Manager "MARAWAN HASSAN." Our first day experience with him was good. He said he just got back from vacation and we were satisfied. Time passed, but we received no call or email to continue the process.
