Bristol Park is our favorite home so far! The staff are professional and thoughtful, the layout simulates a quaint main street with a coffee shop, hairdressers, restaurants, movie theater, and other "local businesses." Plenty of different spaces outside one's own room to explore, socialize, or escape to a quiet corner to read in a cozy armchair. It is a stand alone memory care facility. They have shared and private rooms available. Yes, we would recommend Bristol Park at Conroe to other families based on the experience so far.
They work with you and your loved ones with any issues. The communication is great via phone calls or emails.
I love the facility . Everyone is super nice and they take good care of my dad . The food there is really good too as we all know thats very important. Highly recommend the facility . The only change would be to have more help

Having to place your loved one in a memory care facility is extremely hard for you and your loved one. Knowing that they are safe and being well taken care of helps your heart hurt less. The employees are very kind and treat your loved ones with respect. The facility is always clean and the meals are fantastic. They will work with you if any issues arise. I would recommend Bristol Park Conroe to anyone needing a memory care facility.
It was a great place for my father. They took care of him and loved him very much until the day he passed away.
The staff seems to be a revolving door but someone is keeping them in line providing normal service levels I would absolutely recommend them to others looking for memory care.
Based on the experience we have had so far, we can say that the meals that are prepared for the residents could be improved on. Also staying on top of the cleanliness in the residents individual rooms.
