The community itself, the nurses and their staff were extremely kind, caring and well trained especially when it comes to memory loss. However after our loved ones passing, the director wanted to nickel and dime everything. We were very compliant the entire process, paid on time and for such a small fee that relationship we had was ruined, and the director completely ruined all the hard work the nurses and staff members did. It just left a bad taste in our mouth.
We chose Bristol Park because it as recommended to us and they were upfront from the beginning about the pricing. The facility itself is immaculately clean and it is actually cheaper than others we looked into. The activities director [name removed] is fantastic. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.
Bristol Park Conroe is a great place for anyone to live. All the staff are loving and caring people. E.D. , Marketing , Business, Nursing, Maintenance,Activities are all good people ,and work together for the care of the residents. The R.A.s all work together for the common welfare of the residents.I would highly recommend Bristol Park
This is my home & I love living here. I enjoy helping others because I worked in healthcare for 30+ years. I have an endless supply of coffee that I get to drink all day while assisting our Lifestyles director, [name removed], do crafts and bingo with all the other residents. It’s a nice place to live. Everyone is nice and I’ve made friends. I enjoy activities and [name removed] is really nice. I enjoy the bus rides because we go different places.
We had our love one at Bristol Park for 2 years. We were very pleased with the love and attention given. We were always greeted with a smile. Bristol Park has various activities for all. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. We would highly recommend Bristol Park.

We love Heartis! They have been wonderful to our family as we transitioned into the unknown for us as a family. The staff has been wonderful to my dad. I would recommend this facility for your loved one.
Wonderful place. When we entered the residence were watching TV with 60's music and the nurses were dancing getting them to join in. The "main Street" area is decorated so cute. There are many interactive activities and the staff is patient and caring.
