It was the first memory care facility we visited and liked it. They had an opening and we decided to take it. She couldn't continue at the assisted living community because the move to there took a big toll on her ability to remember and cope.
We found the caregivers at Bristol Park at Conroe to be very nice and helpful. My mother in law has good days and bad days of course. The caregivers are very patient with our loved one and I do like how they try to get her to interact with the activities that are offered there.
Based on our experience so far, we would give 5 stars to every category. We cannot comment on the value for cost since I don't know about other places for the exact same services. However the staff take such good care of my dad and the cleanliness and activities are top notch. So far so good. We would recommend Bristol Park community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones
Our family has had a great experience at Bristol Park at Conroe. The staff is excellent and caring. And the food is good quality, as are the activities.
It's a place where you know where your loved one is safe and loved by the staff. I would recommend to others.
Bristol Park is a really nice community, it is very pleasing to look at. When you first walk in there is a very open area, almost like a community area were the residents and families can come and sit - we think that is also where they do some activities. We're happy with Bristol Park at Conroe. It's clean and welcoming, with nice staff. They do really well with the activities. It's a good option.
My experience at Bristol Park has been much better than where I was at before. My cat loves it here and they love her. They even gave us a welcome basket and they gave my cat treats as well. The food here is a lot better than where I was at before. We get 2 options and then they have a menu that is always available so if you do not like what they are serving, you can order off of the alternate menu. This has been a good experience for us. The staff are ready to answer the family's questions. They brought in a preacher and my loved one sat down and listened and this was something new for us to see. There are lots of activities for the residents to be engaged with, if they choose to. There are three meals a day served and there are even snacks for the residents.
