If you have got children between the ages of 7-13, expect them to be stuck in a room that offers mainly a sedentary experience with a TV, Computer games, video games and crafts. Do not expect there to be any fitness activities for your children. Oh wait... they do offer "Family Yoga" once a week at 4:30 (while people are working!). In fact, when your 10 year old child is sitting on a stationary bike trying to get in some exercise, with adult supervision and correct workout attire/shoes, by simply peddling at a very leisurely... read more

Hello Azi, We wanted to thank you for your time on the phone to discuss your concerns about the length of time involved in resolving this cardio equipment issue. As we discussed, our repair contractor has been out and tried to repair it on number of occasions without a lasting resolution. I am happy we were able to inform you that we are currently in the process of replacing the equipment. As we also explained, the Club does regularly reinvest in our facility and equipment. We are a multi-recreational club that offers fi... read more
We've had a two year membership with Broadstone until I terminated. Main reason is the summer pool access. The place is packed on the weekends with swim team, no place for members to park to sit. It's a mad house. Also in the morning to noon they would block of the main pool for water aerobic. The kids would only be able to swim in a small section of the pool that includes the steps. If you're looking for a place to take the kids for swimming during the summer this is not the place.
Business response:
Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience at our club falls short of your expectations. Broadstone Racquet Club is welcoming to all families and is very supportive of community events; we do have busier times, however, there are plenty of opportunities for members who are not involved in a specific club (swim/tennis) to utilize our facilities. We apologize again for your recent experience and hope that you can reconsider Broadstone Racquet Club in the future. Sincerely, B... read more
A Good Club but this club could be much better in fact it could be a GREAT club. The Workout area is frequently hot, stuffy and stinky, the men's and women's dressing room and Yoga room aren't always clean. The employees are always friendly and courteous but the changes that need to be made come from those at a higher level.
I recently moved to the area and my girlfriend is a member here so I was planning on joining too. I liked the facility everything they have to offer. I came as a guest to play volleyball on Wednesday nights and left my sunglasses in the gym by accident. They were expensive glasses so I called first thing Thursday morning to find out if they were turned in. I talked to a girl and explained the exact description and brand of the glasses because they were unique. She said they were there and I asked her to put my name on them b... read more

Hello Robert, Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We have followed up on this review internally with Michael (club director), Larry (general manager), and Annette (marketing) to try and get some resolution for you. Unfortunately we cannot locate your glasses, but we will absolutely keep looking and we'll be sure to let you know if they turn up. That's all we can do at this point. Theft is not a major problem at our facility, however, this stuff does happen from time to time. We try to ensure that lost ite... read more
The ONLY reason i gave it any stars is because the staff and Kids care team is fantastic. Condition of club- Dirty carpets Drips of dries sweat all over cardio equiptment Dust everywhere NO ONE re-racks their weights Womens locker room smells like mold steamroom RARELY working Sauna RARELY works This is NOT a cheap club. Mobyhly dues are upwards if 150.00. I would expect a cleaner, fresher and better maintained club. The pools are great as are the tennis courts. That said, this would have ZERO stars if it wasnt for th... read more
