I moved to the area and joined the club with high hopes given the good weather here and apparently abundant tennis facilities. However, the club does not provide any organized tennis services beyond the most basic level. Their Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening tennis events ins cater mostly to 3.0 and 3.5 level players. Most of our members who are tennis players fall under the 3.0-3.5 level of play which is why the tennis drop-ins are based on these levels. We suggest joining USTA leagues where you can compete at a higher level of play if needed and can enjoy the competitive edge even more!
No idea how this gym gets away with good reviews. The machines are old and falling apart, no one ever comes around cleaning them so They are filthy. Everything in this club is old and dated. All the tvs are broken. And even the couches are scribbled on, and may I add never cleaned. Our one year is coming up and I cannot wait to take my almost 200 a month elsewhere. This gym needs a huge overhaul. Would never recommend.

We replaced all of our selectorized machine equipment this year but please let us know which machines need attention. We are on a 6-day cleaning schedule for every part of the club, and our General Manager, Scott walks the club twice daily to be sure the club presentation represents our standards. The front desk ladies are extremely rude and got mad at me for bringing friends when we asked for guest passes and paid for them. They claimed we had "already used our guest passes" which was in fact not true. Extremely unhappy with the lack of respect showed by staff and most definitely will not be renewing my membership or saying anything but negatives about broadstone. today the woman from front desk don't know anything about registration of swim team, but tried to argue with me, saying registration already stopped on 2/5, but that's for prior swimmer , registration still open until April . took me long time to explain the info she supposed to know. upset.

I really don't like to leave bad reviews, but when I do it's to let the ownership/management know that they need to improve when they don't ask. First the pros! * Some really nice and caring employee's (some). Some knowledgable training staff who are very nice as well. Good classes Relaxed atmosphere Kids club is like Lord of the Flies: Imagine a room filled with a handful of video game consoles and internet-ready computers occupied with a mix of 7 to 14 year olds with no adult supervision... a disaster. It's summer vacation for kids and the kids club is a popular area of the club for kids to engage in a host of fun activities. In addition to the Kid's Club, the club hosts other popular children's programs such as our summer camps, tennis camps, and on our amazingly successful swim team. Why = Why is everyone afraid to mention how much the club costs? Is it like a cult? If you talk about price you're kicked out? Seriously, just post the prices. Unless they need you to come in so they can cast a spell on you and rope you into a bad deal. Weird.
Horrible place to send your kids when they are are infants to 6 years of age. I have heard nothing but story after story from local parents who are not pleased with the child care at this facility. We have also had our own horror stories. In the infant/toddler room my son (who is 4) was riding a tricycle outside and accidentally fell off. As his arm was stretched on the ground, a girl rammed into his arm with a bicycle. The girl who caused the accident, wasn't reprimanded in anyway and told not to do that again. If you have got children between the ages of 7-13, expect them to be stuck in a room that offers mainly a sedentary experience with a TV, Computer games, video games and crafts. Do not expect there to be any fitness activities for your children. Oh wait... they do offer "Family Yoga" once a week at 4:30 (while people are working!).
