Have been going here since I was in 7th grade! Great sports club for families. The gym has a lot of cardio machines but the weight room could be improved, but other than that - great facility. The tennis courts are a huge plus and the pools are great whether you want to swim laps or just lay out and relax. Very friendly staff!

I know it seems pricey, but honestly Broadstone is the best gym out there. You have to trust me, I have been a member since the 3rd grade, 2003. Everyone there is really nice, and they have a huge array of classes to participate in. They have free dance classes on Wednesdays that teach a different dance every Wednesday. The entire gym is always super clean, even the locker rooms and bathrooms. The showers are clean and they provide the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream. My first time here and I am impressed! Clean facility, friendly staff, Yoga studio spacious. This would be a club Id visit for classes!

One of the best gyms in Folsom... Not a real big gym but has everything you need to get it done.. Also kid friendly.. Awesome programs for the kids after school tutoring and sports available.. Two pools two Jacuzzis and great showers..

My sisters and I decided to come here for a night swim since it was still 90 degrees out and we were dying in our house. I have only been here once, and it was a great experience. They have 2 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and 2 hot tubs. I don't usually shower at gyms, only because they're usually gross and not well kept. This was the exact opposite for Broadstone. A wonderful space - very clean and low key. You can catch a class, swim, play tennis, raquetball, squash or basketball. There is a free weights area, your typical cardio machines and circuit training space. As a former member of CalFit, I thought the rates here would be higher, but they are quite comprable.

Top notch tennis instruction and friendly employees makes this a great experience for our family. There have been continuous improvements at the club since we joined. Now if they only had a bathroom near the back tennis courts.....it would be perfect! The high tension wires only impact a few courts where you look up and see the wire when you serve the ball. We also love the little bunnies that live around the courts.

One of the best Spare Time club locations without a doubt! The fitness and weight facilities are #1 without a doubt. There are plenty of tennis courts to go around and they cover a lot of ground as well. Only discrepancy is the electrical wires that hang over some of the courts. The constant buzz can give you a radiating feel - hopefully that transcends over to your tennis game. Good, competitive group of players at the club and also a well-rounded family atmosphere as well. Highly recommended club.

Excellent fitness and tennis club. We enjoy the pools, tennis courts, kid clubs and racquetball courts. Snack bar hours could be extended. They removed two racquetball courts a few years back to as a free weight area which led to congestion on the courts. Provides an excellent after school and summer program for kids.
