I joined Broadstone Sports Club for the professional fitness guidance. A singular focus on biking over the last several years had created some serious tightness and muscular imbalance and I really needed a program of stretching and a customized weight training program to balance things out. Great place to hang out. Tennis, pickle ball and just a fabulous staff. The people are friendly and its a great place to work out. I am happily bringing the next generation (grandkids) to enjoy the kids club and pool. The place is spotlessly clean. Water aerobics with Jenn and Pam give us a great workout. I always hated going to the gym but find myself working out 7 days a week because I actually enjoy this place!
Great spot to play some tennis, or go for a swim. Tucked away in the quiet but active Broadstone area of Folsom this club is a gem. I have been coming here since 2015 and it's always been there for me through points of life where I felt I needed just a bit more exercise. They offer community days and lots of activities for the kids. Indoor and outdoor equipment as well as plentiful parking. Reasonable rates means you should stop by.
I joined BSC last April mainly to entertain my kids through the summer. The pool is always a happening place to be after lunch but then I also found myself super excited to go as well. The staff is friendly, there isn't an " I dont belong" feeling which I love. It really is the neighborhood hangout during those long hot summer days. Broadstone is an awesome family friendly gym. Very clean with an awesome attentive staff. Awesome for birthday parties during the summer!

Wow! I used this club last month because I had a free 1 week pass. Its a pretty good club. Being a body builder and competitor, I really like this club. It helps sponsor body building competition contests and is really directed at people who love pumping iron. Recently they placed a nice huge banner up in the main seating area that has full photos of all the club fitness instructors flexing their muscles, lifting weights etc.. Love the people, the group classes, the atmosphere, and the wonderful café. The food is healthy and yummy.
