Overpriced. Small portions. Defrosted food.
Ordered the hummus appetizer which lacked flavor. There wasn’t any spice or salt. Salad was good but only salad dressing available was creamy based They did offer Asian dressing but I couldn’t use with Cobb salad. Only option was vinegar and oil. Lastly they didn’t serve the ordered the sides we ordered until after we finished our main
Please update menu for this restaurant on open table. Last time I was here they said they would. Yet 3 months later they haven’t.
I have to say that I was very VERY disappointed here. I’ve been to the other location (near 57th & 8th), where the food as well as the service was phenomenal. This location offered poor service, sub-par food (my burger patty was over-cooked), and a nasty bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend.
The hostess was very friendly. The entire restaurant smelled like industrial cleaning solution. The table was a terrible booth next to the hostess stand with an extra two-top pushed next to us to create a table for six even though we were only four. They would not remove it. The waiter did that annoying thing of not writing it down but then forgot it by the time he turned around to put it in his system so he came back to ask it again and did not write it down again. You guessed it, it was wrong. The food was very bland and u... read more
Well what can I say but my dining experience was as grey as the little mouse that scurried through my feet while dining. As I left, a waiter commented , “Whst do I expect - this is NYC.” At $22 for a plate of eggs— I’ll pass and get the same experience st the McDonalds around the corner.
For the cost of the food, the experience should have been much better. Everyone was packed in like sardines. We were seated so close to the table next to us that they had to pull our table out for my daughter to be able to get to her seat. It was that way for all of the tales against the wall. Where we were located was on an end so everyone kept bumping into my chair. My daughter's food was delicious. She had fettucini alfredo of some kind. Mine was bland. I had the Chicken Milanese. The waitress brought us water with no ice... read more
Runny eggs. Stale toast. Terrible service...requested a coffee refill multiple times...never received one. Sharp metal piece sticking out of the corner of the table put a hole in my shirt sleeve. Would never go back.
From the terrible service to the below average food, this place is a hot mess. When I FINALLY got my $18 waffles they were cold and soggy. Went there with my husband and 2 children and all of our breakfast food was expensive, meh, and took forever. Steer clear of this place.
