We have been the other location a few times and had great experiences. This time it was not. The food was not good. They forgot our appetizer. Our kids food came 15 minutes earlier than ours. They forgot our drinks. The burgers were hockey pucks. We were very disappointed.
Service wasn’t great. Tables were crammed together. Food was pretty good, but way too expensive for what it was.
Nice place but my breakfast was terrible - egg omelette with bacon. Took a long time to receive it after ordering. Over cooked not hot. Host and Waitress were great. I am in New York often and will not be going back.
The hot dog was way too salty and the burger was overcooked and dry. Other dishes were ok. Service was good - attentive, helpful and fast.
ordered chocolate egg cream - never came-- waiter brought a root beer. sent it back -- that was after 40 minutes waiting -- burger also was terrible -- overcooked -- waited over 40 minutes and watched others get their food quickly. never told me the egg cream machine was broken -- will not return.
Food and services has deteriorated considerably. Terrible value for the prices they charge.
Came for a girls breakfast, $25 for the "New Yorker Breakfast" Eggs were not cooked, we sent them back and waitress was annoyed. Bacon was burnt, and the sausage was not tasty. We basically ate the bagels and English muffins that came with our breakfast which was fine, but not for $25. I've been here for dinner which was amazing, but I would never recommend the breakfast or brunch.
Slow service way over priced. $50 breakfast for two?
Food was warm at best. Meat dishes did not seem fresh especially eg chilli . Wine not recently opened. Not up to previous standard
