Food was good, but service could have been up a notch. We got our coffee and bloody Mary's about the same time our meal came. It didn't seem overly busy for a Sunday morning, no waiting line. Although we did reserve table to make sure we had no wait. Maybe they were short staffed.
Went early for a pre-theatre meal. My daughter and I both had burgers, which were very good and cooked to our instructions. The accompanying fries weren’t freshly cooked however, they’d been sitting in a warmer for awhile, which was disappointing. The service was great- efficient and attentive. I’d go back- maybe at a busier time in search of freshly cooked fries.
When we are in the city we look forward to eating here but this visit was disappointing. The waitress was rude. (Yes I know it’s NYC). Great food but waited awhile for our meals.
Cena familiar.
Typical diner food which was very fresh and tasty. Our table enjoyed hamburgers, chicken burger, a steak sandwich and chicken parm. The chicken Parmesan was excellent. The service was excellent. As a local I would return. That says a lot.
We had a larger group of 10. Our waitress was great! Jenevieve (sp?) was comical and professional. She made sure we had what we needed and was quick to provide anything requested. Fun place to eat on Times Square
Food was tasty but it took a while. Prices are a bit high.
