I had a battery replaced today in my unit. I asked what the cost was when I set up the service call. She said $55 for the battery and $135 for the first hour. I asked wow an hour seems very long. She said if it’s a half hour it would be half. Well the service man was at my house for 5 minute and charged me $192. He said $135 for first 30 minutes. I was taken and used to be a loyal customer. I will no longer use Broten. I called and received no satisfaction.
