We contacted Broten for regular service. The technician contacted us and, unfortunately, we did not hear the call. Within 30 seconds of the call, we reached out to the technician who would not pick up his phone. We then contacted the company and were told that the technician would only come out to do the job if we paid the "emergency call" upcharge. What a joke!!!! Sadly, we were long-time customers. Stay away from this company. They gouge their customers and I will be reporting them to Florida's Attorney General. Sh... read more
