He walked us through a step-by-step process of how the door operates, the motor and all its functions, the brackets and the sensors. He explained everything we needed to know about our garage door! I give a 5-star rating for the company and a 5-star rating fir the technician!

AWFUL service. Not sure how I ended up with a Broten system. Needed a part and was told that I had to drive to Pompano to pick up? They didn't even know what part. I had a "Broten" manual, but they told me they don't use those part #'s. Not only that I was just hung up on because I gave her the exact name and part # but she didn't know what it was. AWFUL. Stay away.

We contacted Broten for regular service. The technician contacted us and, unfortunately, we did not hear the call. Within 30 seconds of the call, we reached out to the technician who would not pick up his phone. We then contacted the company and were told that the technician would only come out to do the job if we paid the "emergency call" upcharge. What a joke!!!! Sadly, we were long-time customers.
