There excellent service, knowledgeable technicians, and reasonable prices! Ronald Pierre was our technician and he did an excellent job! He walked us through a step-by-step process of how the door operates, the motor and all its functions, the brackets and the sensors. He explained everything we needed to know about our garage door! I give a 5-star rating for the company and a 5-star rating fir the technician!

AWFUL service. Not sure how I ended up with a Broten system. Needed a part and was told that I had to drive to Pompano to pick up? They didn't even know what part. I had a "Broten" manual, but they told me they don't use those part #'s. Not only that I was just hung up on because I gave her the exact name and part # but she didn't know what it was. AWFUL. Stay away.
