5.0 out of 5 stars I have had this since 2014! The BEST printer EVER! I was so sick of printers konking out only months after I bought them or having to constantly replace the ink cartridge before I could use it more than once. I have only had to replace the ink ONCE, and that was with the extra one I got at the time of purchase. I have not missed the color ink at all...not even one iota!

Owned since 2013 I have owned this unit since 2013. I still have it hooked up to my IMac that I purchased in 2009. Yep, you heard that correctly. lol It is a solid piece of equipment. I can't compare it to any of the new MFC printers available. I use/have used this printer daily. I still fax from it, and I still use it to scan documents. I make over 5K copies from it monthly, and I have never had to have it serviced. I hope to own this for many years to come.
6 YEARS STILL KICKING IT ! I bought this in 2013. I use it in my office daily, not tons of copies, but daily. I only use the copy and print functions...And it is still kicking out copies like new! I have a diff model of same at home, and it's dead. I can't find this model anywhere ...and I only paid $100 for it ! LOL
Firmware update needed to connect to Windows 8/10 This is an older printer, and I recently got it out of storage only to find my computer wouldn't recognize it. After searching online, I found that it is not compatible with Windows 8 and 10 unless one does a firmware update on it (meaning updating the internal printer software). I did this today, and now it it recognized by my Windows machines. To do the firmware update, I used a Mac OS machine, which recognized the printer.
