Very excited to have Bru locally! We were seated promptly, good service for food and drinks. Food was good! Thank you!
Host desk continues to have issues in handling reservation. We were seated 10 minutes after our reservation time. Later, we made reservation for a party,of 8 for next week. When we asked about having a confirmation sent, they said they didn’t know how to do it. Finally, after dinner, we had reached enough points for a “rewards” card. No one acknowledged it and we had to stop at host desk to inquire about it. They verified our points and gave us the card. No “congrats” or acknowledgement as they do at other CRG restaurants. Make a reservation! The food is fabulous and it was a great night out with family. It’s a small restaurant, so reservations are crucial. We tried the Soft Pretzel Sticks, Bru Burger, and kids chicken bites. All was delicious, prepared well, and worth the price tag. Love having this in my hometown of Brownsburg!
We created and were accepted for a 1415 reservation on Friday. We arrived at 1400 to be told we were a bit early but our table would be ready shortly. The restaurant was busy but there were a few tables visible for two, our party size. At 1430 we finally asked about our table after watching numerous patrons leave. So, BruBurger doesn't get our top reviews, mainly due to the value. You can buy a somewhat pricey burger, but if you want anything else on the plate, the price starts going up more. Just not the best value in our book. The burgers are good, not outstanding. I did enjoy the veggie burger made with black beans and quinoa. We would never eat any of the fake meat burgers out there, which BruBurger does carry. We will stick to Thai District a few doors down. Sorry BruBurger, we wanted to love you
