Host desk continues to have issues in handling reservation. We were seated 10 minutes after our reservation time. Later, we made reservation for a party,of 8 for next week. When we asked about having a confirmation sent, they said they didn’t know how to do it. Finally, after dinner, we had reached enough points for a “rewards” card. No one acknowledged it and we had to stop at host desk to inquire about it. They verified our points and gave us the card. No “congrats” or acknowledgement as they do at other CRG restaurants. Excellent service for opening weekend!!! And food was amazing.
So, BruBurger doesn't get our top reviews, mainly due to the value. You can buy a somewhat pricey burger, but if you want anything else on the plate, the price starts going up more. Just not the best value in our book. The burgers are good, not outstanding. I did enjoy the veggie burger made with black beans and quinoa. We would never eat any of the fake meat burgers out there, which BruBurger does carry. We will stick to Thai District a few doors down. Sorry BruBurger, we wanted to love you
