We love BRU Burger and have gone often, especially to Plainfield, but the others also. We mentioned to management many times that we wished they’d come to Brownsburg. We had to be there on the first official night open! Very glad we were! It’s a family favorite. Thank you for coming to our town! You’ll see us often.
Waitress very knowledgeable and food was out quick and hot!
The atmosphere was good but the waitress lacked effort the food was undercooked and unseasoned and the bathrooms were unclean. The staff were unfriendly as well. For a reservation I expected more

The lighting was too dark. Not a fan of the table sat at- this table may be dedicated for open table users. Don’t particularly like being by the door and not in the other dining area. Food was good- onion rings little too crispy. Chili was fantastic.

Our food was not prepared as we ordered it. Husband ordered Double bacon burger. Was supposed to be 2 smash burgers, got 2 regular burgers and charged us $4 extra.

Food is always awesome. Service was inattentive. Refill wasn't offered until the very end.

Great service. Not sure we will back, kinda expensive for a basic burger and fries lunch. Honestly, the burger was not that great. Have had better at Boulder Creek and it comes with a side, not ala carte.
