Bru is an ode to our love... the Burger. Our goal is to bring you great burgers made from the best local meats, topped with the freshest ingredients and placed in our freshly baked buns.

The evening started out “rough.” We had a reservation but the hostess desk was very unorganized. We were seated 15-20 minutes after our reservation, we saw several patrons come in after us and get seated before us. After we were seated, the evening got much better thanks to our server Victoria. We love BRU Burger and have gone often, especially to Plainfield, but the others also. We mentioned to management many times that we wished they’d come to Brownsburg. We had to be there on the first official night open! Very glad we were! It’s a family favorite. Thank you for coming to our town! You’ll see us often.
Waitress very knowledgeable and food was out quick and hot!
The lighting was too dark. Not a fan of the table sat at- this table may be dedicated for open table users. Don’t particularly like being by the door and not in the other dining area. Food was good- onion rings little too crispy. Chili was fantastic.
The restaurant temperature was so cold. Had to keep my coat on
Our food was not prepared as we ordered it. Husband ordered Double bacon burger. Was supposed to be 2 smash burgers, got 2 regular burgers and charged us $4 extra.
Experiences are hit & miss, can be Great, can be better
All the food we ordered was extremely greasy. I realize it’s a burger joint but when the bottom piece of bread (that was toasted) on my patty melt is soaked to where is squishy, that’s a bit much. Waiter didn’t ask for refills and my mule drink tasted more like the metal cup than a mule.
What burger place makes you pay for Fries? This one. Entrees do not come with a side. Disappointing. And our server couldn’t be bothered to fill our drinks or bring us items that were forgotten.
