The food was very good. The service was poor. The overall efficiency of this location needs to be improved. We have eaten at the Mass Ave locations several times with no issue getting serviced. The management should benchmark the Mass Ave location and bring back those efficiency ideas.
We were seated next to the kitchen and the noise and conversations coming out of the kitchen that could heard was not professional. The Manager was setting at the bar doing paper work and could hear the same things we could. If you go don’t sit near the kitchen enterance.
Recommend with caveats. Make sure you have a reservation, but still expect to wait. This is my second time and had to wait about 15 minutes with a reservation. They were very busy and our food was served luke warm to cold. Don't get the "hot chicken" sandwich if you want a nice piece of fried chicken breast. They serve it as 3 small tenders on a large bun. Had digestive issues after visiting this restaurant.
We went to watch colts play. Glass had dried crunchy food on side of it notice when took a drink.. waiter was pushy about ordering.. was trying to our time order drinks, appetizers, then meal.. just pushy.. Asked for ranch never got it Didn’t stay on top of refills had to ask Asked for box.. then waiter took our box of food.. Put Carmel on the milkshake and we didn’t ask for it.. nor does my daughter like it so it was wasted.. The place was not busy and I’m sure he had only 2 tables.. poor service
