My husband's & my burger were so soggy. Very underwhelming. I barely touched mine & ended up taking the patty home for my puppy. My patty was pink, even though I'd asked for medium-well. I've eaten in bru burger before & the food & service were decent. The food this time, Saturday Nov 16th, was not good.

Unfortunately, because we went after the lunch crowd, the waiter was anxious to finish his shift. We wanted to place an order to go right before we left. He asked us repeatedly for that order until we finally placed it .... then he gave us our check immediately. We finished our meal then visited awhile. I am sure that the “to go” meal was cold before it got eaten.

This place was recommended by a friend and I read numerous glowing reviews on line of how friendly everyone who worked there was and how the manager came around to your table and talked to you, etc. But we found none of that. I found our waiter to be somewhat inpatient and rude when I had a question about one of the salads. My husband enjoyed his burger, but the chili wasn’t anything special. Way too slow service and very loud bad music. We shouldn't have to wait an hour to eat after ordering your meal.

We went in about 15 min to our reservation and was sat almost immediately. After getting seated,we had a manager take our drink order and our server came over to greet us and state he was going to take us over. We received our first round of drinks but our server did not come over very often and after taking our order we received our salads but there was a long wait with no service. My Turkey burger was delicious; however, my father received his patty melt medium rare instead of medium well. If not for this, rating for food would've been 5 stars.

The food was very good. The service was poor. The overall efficiency of this location needs to be improved. We have eaten at the Mass Ave locations several times with no issue getting serviced. The management should benchmark the Mass Ave location and bring back those efficiency ideas.

We were seated next to the kitchen and the noise and conversations coming out of the kitchen that could heard was not professional. The Manager was setting at the bar doing paper work and could hear the same things we could. If you go don’t sit near the kitchen enterance.
